Just started. Pkg was very well insulated. No problems. Easy to unpack and set up. Tricky getting use to the programming but with more use I am confident it get easier. Start of a new, healthier ME

I have been using my plate for about a month now and have already noticed increased strength in my legs. I'm 75 years old and due to an accident I am unable to exercise. My husband jogs 30-45 minutes every morning and uses the Turbo plate to cool down. We love. Money well spent.
