Sturdy, good vibration, need to use user guide

Sure does vibrate you. It’s sturdy and steady, so the vibration doesn’t make you wobble. I’ve just used the lowest level so far because I can’t easily tell how to increase levels etc on the machine or the remote. Will have to use the manual

I love this turbo 3D vibration plate. I just received a replacement under the lifetime warranty. Mine just stopped working one day and Lifepro made this a very simple process. Thank you Lifepro!
