Love my life pro vibrating plate. I just got it today and used it for ten minutes. My legs do not feel as sore after being on them all day at work. Hoping this only gets better, with time.

Turbo 3D vibration plate

I have been using my Turbo 3D vibration plate almost daily since I received it in December. I rarely have sore muscles or leg aches now. If I do, I get back on the plate and they go away. I am very pleased with the quality of the plate, the instruction manual and the attachments. I also appreciate the online instructors who are always educating us about other products and exercises.
