I’ve had it for 2 days and was easy to start up using the user manual. Haven’t had time to choose one of the programmed programs yet. I like that the manual has pictures of the exercises you can incorporate while using the plate.

This is a great company with lots of support. I’m using my Turbo 3D vibration plate with the workout videos on Lifepros FB page. I love how they have a lifetime warranty.
