I’ve been using the Lifepro 3D Turbo Vibration Plate for a week now, and it’s quickly become a key part of my fitness and recovery routine. The triple motor system offers a great variety of vibration modes—linear, oscillating, and pulsating—which makes workouts more effective and recovery quicker.

I have a host of medical issues ranging from MS, type 2 diabetes, sciatic nerve damage, restless legs and joint issues. Using this machine before I go to bed each night has made a world of difference in the quality of sleep I achieve.
