The LifePro 3D Vibration Plate Exercise Machine - Dual Motor Oscillation, Pulsation 3D Motion Vibration Platform - Full Whole Body Vibration Machine for Home Fitness (Blue) is great! I've just started to use it and am very pleased so far. I like the width of the platform as it is wider than most and I bought this to hopefully improve bone density! We shall see - fingers crossed! I like the pre-set programs and my daughter is going to show me how to personalize them to my individual needs, but even the pre-set levels are nice!

First home vibration plate

I used a professional model vibration plate in a yoga studio a few years ago and loved the workout. I decided to buy the lifepro turbo 3d for home use. It's solidly built and relatively quiet. I'm just getting started so time will tell.

Much better than expected..

Very, fun, simple device to use to assist in feeling better. It's quite powerful and feels really great when using it. When kneeling on the floor, with arms on plate, I can completely feel the vibration in my upper back, which is fantastic. I believe the Turbo will strengthen my legs and back muscles and increase my overall energy levels. After stepping off after first use, legs feel similar to getting off a treadmill, which tells me it works. The remote is not the greatest, but it's better than nothing. I would have liked to have a mat with it.
