I use my vibrator daily but honestly do not feel any change in my body.
Another thing is the plug is not secure and each time I use the machine I need to jiggle the plug connected to the machine for it to turn on. For the cost of the machine, this should not happen.

I’ll be honest—I totally side-eyed the LifePro 3D Turbo Vibration Plate at first because it felt like one of those “stand here and magically get fit” things. But once I actually started using it, especially after long farm days, I realized it’s really more of a recovery and activation tool than a workout replacement. It helps loosen my legs, reduces soreness, and gives me a quick way to move my body when I’m tired but still want to do something.
That said, it’s only effective if you actually use it with intention—squats, holds, and movement—not just standing there. It’s a bit bulky and not totally quiet, but it fits really well into my routine alongside sauna and recovery days. Overall, it’s not a miracle machine, but it’s a solid tool if you’re looking to support your body and stay consistent on busy days.

Replaced non working unit immediately

I had purchased a wave plate in November and for several reasons was not able to unbox right away. I did sign up for the warranty and 2 months later when I went to unbox and use, it wouldn’t start. Life pro handled this situation with grace an got a new unit to me within a short time. Thank you! I love this wave plate it’s made getting mobile possible again.
