Good beginner/ med plate

It was a little confusing as to which motor did what and didn’t see much difference when I biased one over the other.I did like how I felt different whether I was squatting or standing, and wide or narrow stance.
I’m a PT and I think this would be a great addition to a lot of people with balance, neurological , and lymph issues

The platform is a nice addition to my routine, I use weights during the 10min staying on vibration mode. Feel it. Highly recommend
