Great Workout Recovery Tool

I learned about this product from my neighbor who swears this has helped her gain strength and muscle tone. I use this to help me recover from workouts and strained, sore muscles. It is currently my go-to workout to help me recover from a high hamstring tendonopathy.

This is my second lifepro vibration plate....my first one was the basic waver.....I wanted to upgrade to the turbo since I'm getting older to enhance my senior years :-)
