Just received product and I’m pleasantly surprised by their 3-D vibration plate. Quality seems to be more than I expected. Time will only tell how it fares in daily use. Using to rehab my replaced knee. Hopefully this helps.

It's useful in so many ways. Improving leg strength and balance. Also circulation. It has many different types of movement programs for therapy. Haven't had it long enough to try other features yet. It's capabilities are amazing!

Read of the many benefits that a vibration plate has, many are hard to quantify. However, I do feel better after using it! My mom said it helped her back pain. The Lifepro Turbo really moves, it shakes the floors!
