I first used this type of machine at my chiropractor's office as part of a therapy routine for treatment of neuropathy. It really stimulates circulation. I didn't know if this model would be equivalent, but so far, I am impressed. It is very quiet and seems to have plenty of power. I am hopeful of seeing improvement with more frequent use than I could get at my chiropractor's office, which is 1 1/2 hours away.
