I contacted the company’s phone number because the product was not working. After talking to them on the phone, immediately they sent me an email with all the instructions that I needed to do order to troubleshoot the problem. The follow the instructions, it did not work. I contacted again and this time they kindly said that they were going to replace the product without any questions asked. Thank you for your great customer service.

The steamer I bought did not work after trying it out but I called the company and they are replacing it no questions ask. That is what I call good customer service!

I’ve been using their steamers for years. Best products out there: Great quality, great price. Will recommend to anyone. I love the LED light. Last for awhile per steam.

Invaluable at Home & Especially When Traveling

The true test of any "tool" is to take it out of its natural surroundings. The HS-26 always gets the job done at home but it's a great partner when traveling. Never need to worry about clothes languishing in a suitcase or a hotel without laundry service. Well designed, compact and doesn't take long to show someone how to use.

I got this as a wedding gift and it worked wonders on all of my clothes. I use it for my my work clothes, formal gowns and clothing that I want to keep looking nice. This is a great item and I enjoy it very much.
