[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The picture is crystal clear most times. Once everything was fuzzy when I turned it on, which wasn't cool, but I unplugged it and plugged it back in and everything is fine again. Though this shouldn't happen with a very expensive TV, and the question is will this happen again. Other than that it is a beautiful TV that is easy to set up and the sound is phenomenal.
