61-Key Electronic Keyboard with USB Input-PRODUCT was Damaged

Product arrived late, was damaged. One of the keys at the extreme right of the keyboard that was delivered to me was broken. I sent an email and requested to return this keyboard for a replacement. Please let me know how I can return it. Thank you.

Wonderful Keyboard Set

The Electronic Keyboard I ordered was just excellent. My 8-year-old Grandson who the gift was for just loves it. Especially, since it was something he wanted and was so surprised at how "big boyish" it was". The quality was excellent. The microphone works great and I really just took it for granted that the little bench would be as padded and as sturdy as it was. Great, great, quality overall. The look on my Grandson's face was priceless, and just warmed this Grandmother's heart. This is not a put-down toy for him. My daughter says he gets on it daily, "composing", every since Christmas! After he gets more comfortable with his keyboard, I'm sure that he will soon be using your included songbook. Your reviews really help to sell me. They described the set perfectly. Thank you so much.
