[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My keyboard arrived with a broken key. The company refunded my money and allowed me to keep the keyboard. I would do business with this company again however I would especially be concerned about the quality of the product before purchase.

The pedal is terrible but they made it so that you can’t even buy a replacement because it has a different input than any other brand. It clicks every time you press it. I wish I would’ve returned this keyboard as soon as I bought it; it absolutely destroyed my passion for playing but I can’t afford to buy a different keyboard now :(
Other than the pedal it is OK. I was used to being able to play an acoustic piano in college so this was obviously a step down.

Great keyboard!

This was purchased as a gift for my son. He has a piano, but he wanted something that was portable. The semi-weighted keys are good for practice. Sound quality and effects are good. The stand is sturdy. He has enjoyed the ability to use it on the computer. Very happy with our purchase!

The product was great and delivered in three days . . Fantastic packaging ! Only thing that bothered me was there was no power adapter and nothing was said about having to buy one , so on Christmas morning no using the keyboard !

This is probably the best value out there for a good keyboard. My daughter will be taking piano lessons and practice on this. It has good sound, doesn't take up much space and will fill our home with music. Love it!

Would not recommend

The sustain pedal made a horrible clicking sound every time you pressed down. The pedal broke and now we are unable to find a replacement. Called the company to see if they sold a replacement and was told they do not. No other sustain pedal or converter has the same plug! So frustrated! Would not recommend.
