Best keyboard to buy!

This keyboard piano is great! It is great quality and size! The package arrived quickly! It has many songs to practice learning. My son has wanted to learn to play piano and I decided to buy him this to get him started. I was nervous about buying a regular keyboard since no one knew how to teach him to play it. This not only teaches songs but the letter stickers for the keys has helped him to begin reading music. I highly recommend! We have had several compliments on the quality of the product as well! I was nervous when I ordered this that the quality would not be there or it would only have a couple songs to learn due to the price being lower than I expected. I was wrong. This was my best purchase all year!

Product does not actually have a MIDI plug

I bought this as a gift to my daughter with the intention of hooking a tablet to it through the MiDI plug in the back. The plug is labeled MIDI but I have tried numerous different midi cords and not a single one fits! I believe I was mislead and that this is not a midi plug at all! There is also a spot that says mic but does not fit a standard microphone cord. I have reached out to customer service and yet to hear anything back. Hoping now to return product if customer seevice will every get back to me

We are very pleased with this product. The keyboard offers a lot of suggestions for play, the assembly instructions were easy to follow and went well, and the quality is good. The stickers included to identify all the keys are very helpful and will making learning much easier for a beginner.

Sound leaves a lot to be desired.

The product was securely packaged and came safe and sound.
The keyboard itself seems decently sturdy, but the stand is unsteady; (1) the aluminum panels twist with the weight and (2) the feet are shorter than they should be. That, however, is to be expected at this price point.
The set comes with stickers for all the keys, which is a great addition, and headphones (which I didn't see in the description so is an added plus)
My main lamentation, however, is that the synthetic sounds are absolutely dreadful.. For example the, the violin is the same as the church organ except that it has vibrato, and the sound is nothing like either instrument. It reminds me of the Electronic keyboard I had 20 years ago. There is no reason for the sound quality to be so severely subpar as it doesn't impact the manufacturing cost.

Very happy with this purchase!! sounds good and the lighted key feature helps my 12 yr old learn . Seat is sturdy and comes with headphones . Piano was overall a great purchase definitely recommend if you have a child who loves music or for yourself.
