Loved the piano - it was precious. However, one of the keys did not work and I returned it. Unfortunately I was not able to get another one for my 3 year old granddaughter in time for Christmas.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I love the look of this piano but I do wish it sounded more like the real ones. I also didn’t receive the stickers so that we can actually know what keys to play

The sound is very inaccurate, and they never response to tickets. MAY HURT YOUR KID'S ABILITY TO THE TONE

Good look. That is it. More like a decoration than an actual piano. Avoid this if you really want your kid to get a sense of music as the this is very off tone. Also, they never response to tickets or emails. I have been trying to return/replace since Day 1 like a month ago. They never give any response, even the receiption notice.

I liked it, however the screws to hold the top of piano in place kept coming out. I had to pursue finishing nails to hold it in place. It is a birthday present for my daughter.
