You definitely want to set up the cameras before you get out to the woods. My phone would not scan the QR code on the device. I had to leave because it was the weekend and the company is closed. The following day I had to call and they had to activate the cameras manually after I sent them pictures of the QR codes very, disappointing. So I had to wait 5 weeks before I can put the cameras up because it's a 5-hour ride each way. I am hop they work when I put them up this weekend.

Michael, I'm glad we were able to get your cameras activated but I wanted to apologize for the inconvenience. I see you got both cameras online and set up, so I'm confident it'll be smooth sailing from here! If there's anything we can help with, don't hesitate to get in touch.
So far I am not impressed with this camera, and I love the reveal cameras! We have tried different settings to try and capture people coming and going. It is not consistent to say the least. When parked in the middle of the trigger line it will miss vehicles. When coming and going I would say we are at 25% capture and 75% missed photos. Dont know what else to do at this point, have not set up the second one yet. contemplating sending them back.
Equipment is good. Prices on the yearly service is higher than ideal competitors of similar value and then there’s a lot of add ons that should just come with the yearly subscription.
Works very good. Takes good photos. Biggest complaint is the latches on the battery compartment. You need to carry a screwdriver around to open the latch when you change out the batteries. Not a good design
