Li\ve feed costs

Two issues:
1. Unreasonable to have to pay for live feeds, especially considering other security camera services don't charge extra for live feeds

Slow trigger

I’ve been through the settings a dozen times, and it’s just slow. Sometimes a car comes all the way down the driveway and it never goes off even with sensitivity on high. My Tactacams work better.

Senses Deer - Misses People

I put up the Defend to monitor a high-traffic area and wish I would have just put up another Reveal instead. Following all the mounting directions (10' high, 10º angle), it picks up deer well. It does not consistently pick up the vehicles and people that I intended it to.

Recently purchased 4 cameras to monitor to different locations. Picture quality is great and battery life superb. Would definitely purchase again if need arises.

Great solution for Camp

I installed two of these overlooking the doors at my camp. I love the versatility and picture quality. The ability to disable motion detection prior to me showing up is a great feature so that I don't get flooded with pictures.
Since these are directly connected to my residence, I am using DC power supplies to supply power since I am not at camp all of the time to replace batteries. I know this is not technically supported, but if functions flawlessly. I would like to see a Tactacam supported power accessory that is truly supported and sold by Tactacam.
I haven't used the on-demand photo or video option, but am looking forward to it as needed.
