So far so good. Volume fluctuates through different channels and commercials but other than that seems to be working fine pictures is good.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Has hardly any connection ports in the back

Not enough ports in the back, now my wireless head set can't plug in. My sound bar cannot plug in, why buy a smart tv if I can't use half of my stuff after I buy it, 0 Fibre optic slots now I'll need to replace all my stuff and I tell you what I won't be buying it at your store when I do.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Samsung HD Crystal TV

Originally I ordered on line Samsung Tizen and when I picked it up at the store they gave me Samsung Crystal instead which I didn't notice and later they called me about that My TV was already installed on mount so I just kept the Crystal one, it was just too much trouble to took it down from the wall and packing and all that Best buy just pay me back the difference and got certificate of $60, for all the trouble which was nice . Crystal tv is decent, not spectacular or anything. Decent picture, sounds is good too Not as good like my old Sony. But overall Good TV for the money.
I would recommend this to a friend!
