Excellent Quality and Service

Just picked up my new Wenger Synergy Backpack today at BestBuy, Windsor. Great Quality and great Customer Service with their on-line customer pickup of orders from their parking lot. Just texted them we were there, and within 5 minutes a customer service person hand delivered our package out to our car. Great service during this Pandemic. I use my Backpack for work every day, and very much looking forward to this great quality backpack.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Overall good backpack.

Just bought it so I am not sure how long the seems and zippers will last. Lots of storage,
I like the insert stabilizing padding at the bottom of the bag that keeps it standing up. The only negative thing is that Best Buy pictures show the chest strap option but when I received it it had none. Wenger/Swiss Gear needs to add the chest strap!!!
I would recommend this to a friend!
