Disappointed in exterior durability

I like the luggage, but I expected the exterior to hold up better. After only one use traveling via airplane there are numerous scuffs and abrasions. I was hoping it would like nice for a longer period of time. I find this unfortunate.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Husband even commented at how easy it rolls in any direction. Just wish I had it on a recent trip I took where the piece of luggage I carried was not as easy to roll.
