Simple to use

This is my second Range from Kucht. I love it. It is simple to use no gadgets. Turn on and go. My old one took a beating in my home. It still worked well but I just beat it up during the years with three married kids and six grandchildren who come over on a daily. I wanted a newer look.

Great Oven

Great oven - beautiful, easy to operate, sturdy. We had an initial issue with the dual burner which was not calibrated correctly (mildly 'exploding' out the sides once engaged rather than creating an even ring of flame) - we are in process of this getting addressed, but thankfully Kucht's warranty is hard to beat.
I would recommend this to a friend!

My first interaction came as a technician called me the day after I purchased this product. They called me to verify some information. And at that time, I had had a challenge on how to i convert from natural gas to LG.
One of the reasons I selected the 48 inch stove from your company was due to your earned respect throughout the reviews that I've read on customer your support team.

Good, not great

We've now had this range for 2.5 years. It looks great. I love having 6 burners, the power burner and the griddle that comes with it. The oven is good, very spacious and convection setting is hot! My complaints would be that the front of the oven and knobs on the range get hot when the oven is in use. Not a deal breaker but it feels inefficient and is inconvenient when you have young children. Also, the ignitor on the stove just went out which ( on searching the Internet)seems to be a recurring issue.

Love the griddle

I just got the stove installed and so far, really like it! The burner size is great and is easy to clean. I have used the griddle a lot already and it also cleans well with soap and water. We will see how the oven works soon for Thanksgiving. So far really happy with the product. My only complaint is the kick plate and side panels are very thin and bend really easy. Luckily, we were able to get a new kick plate without much trouble and the sides bent back relatively easy too.
