Ease and beauty

This is my first time to own a gas range and I'm loving it so far. I made stir fry in my wok with gas for the first time and it was the best batch I'd ever made! Turning the burners on, including the oven, is super easy and I love how the shelves glide out so smoothly. I also really love the heavy griddle that came with the range. My only critique is that the stove top knobs get hot when using the oven. Otherwise I am happy with this purchase.

Very Solid Appliance

Been using this since May, 2021 and love it. Have an oven ignition problem right now and I’m anxious to test the warranty service. I expect I will remain a happy customer. Also installed an 18” hood which works very well.

We bought the KNG361 about a month ago and couldn't be happier. It's downright beautiful. We can change out our oven door with ease for some different colors if we choose to (bought two colors.) We love to cook and we can cook up a feast with this beasty range. Worth every penny!

Everything is working good so far however it seems to be burning things on the outside quickly & food not cooked on the inside. I have reduced temps but still haven’t figured out the issue
