My wife's been overthinking buying a big range for a while now- she finally pulled the trigger and bought this range. If you like to cook, don't hesitate- buy this range. It's high quality and really good looking. You won't regret this purchase.

So far looks good, haven’t used it yet. The oven door did have a chip on the interior right side but so far customer service has been good to respond.
Will update further when I get this fixed snd use the oven.

Beautiful Stove, Temp accuracy disappointing

The stove is high quality and beautiful. The customer service is top notch. I had to call twice, once because the doors did not close properly and once because the temperature was off. Prompt and great service both times. The temp in the oven is off 25-50 degrees, which is disappointing for such an expensive stove, but I overall I am pleased.

Love everything about it except...

One burner was not working when it arrived and we are waiting for it to be fixed. Otherwise, everything else works great! The customer service has been great so far. They did a facetime with us to diagnose the issue and are sending the part for it and will schedule a technician to come out and replace the bad part. Looks great in our farmhouse kitchen!
