The stove looks great. It heats up fast and it is powerful. The delivery of the stove and the shipping was a nightmare. I had to purchase and return 3 stoves before I received a stove that was acceptable. Acceptable means not visibly damged. The stoves that were delivered had damged doors etc. The one I accepted had no visble signs of damge. The damage on this stove are on the oven racks that are missing the side piece that keeps the oven rack in place. This was not discovered until the entire appliance was unpacked and installed. In all fairness to the product I can not review its function. I can state it looks beautiful. It is heavy and requires a good installer. The companies customer service is friendly and polite when you get them on the phone.They are very busy. They need a better system for the delivery of their product.

Love our new range. Features are fantastic and it is attractive as well. The extra space with the 36in is nice. We are able to use all of the burners at the same time.

Have just installed and still need to cook something. The manual needs to be updaed since I was told they no long make broiler pan and insert or cover for grill.
