Love the color!!

I bought this for our new home and we are blown away by the performance. We love the color and love it even more that it's matte red, not shiny. The searing burner is amazing and we have used the griddle several times. The griddle has been great for cooking pancakes, french toast, grilled cheese, eggs etc. We love that the oven and stove are super easy to clean. We're extremely happy with the quality of the range and were shocked how heavy the door is. We recommend this to anyone who loves to cook as much as we do.

My old farmhouse kitchen has low lighting, so I have chosen to stay with white color appliances to brighten up the kitchen space. difficult to find many 36" white gas ranges. Was so pleased to have a color choice. Do wish it had been offered in light blue! Have not used it yet as just received it yesterday but am sure it is a huge improvement over my 23 year old range we just replaced it for.

I ordered my 36" Kucht and seeing it in person is amazing. You can tell that the design details were well thought out. For example the place where the have the Gas and Electrical hook up is recessed so you can have it flush to the wall. Every thing is sturdy and well made. I asked for the knobs and handle upgrade to a different color. I called Kucht once my order was placed through the dealer and they were excellent. This company culture is all about Customer service. This is very unique these days. I am so thankful to have found this company.

I have only owned this range for a few days. It has met all my expectations and I am satisfied. Performs well cooking. It looks great in the kitchen. Some nice design details like the burner flames having a gap to avoid the cast iron grates above. I was worried it might not match the reds I have, but it turned out to be a good fit. It can be hard to tell online or through a screen, but the red on this unit is not a brighter 'candy red', but rather a darker red, almost maroon, eggshell to satin finish. If you want an idea of what the color looks like: It's not an exact match, but the closest thing I could find at the store to match it (I'm painting my vent hood,) is the "Dark Red" color from rustoleum's outdoor fabric spray paint.
Anyhow I feel obligated to nitpick since I spent a hearty sum of money on this unit. These are the minor drawbacks I noticed:
The bottom panel has 2 or 3 small scratches already. Most people would not notice them unless a light was shown directly on it however. I am fairly confident I have been handling it with care. Perhaps a manufacturing defect? So it seems the paint/finish may have minimal scratch resistance, I didn't want to test that however. Just got the oven so I can't comment on durability. Yet on the colored versions for this oven you still have the stainless steel door and kickplate as a back up. (You are getting two doors/plates, hence the higher price.) The stainless steel finish is good, finger prints can show up but it isn't a magnet either. You have to replace the default stainless steel with the color you ordered but it was a breeze, merely 3 screws and (un)hooking for the kick plate, and setting a latch and (un)hinging at a certain angle for the door.
On the dimensions, I wish they would have designed the stove a hair, like 1/16" less than 36" wide. My opening is exactly that, within 1/32" of 36". Granite countertops, so not readily adjusted. So I had to loosen 4 screws on the back panel to get it to squeeze a tad to fit in my opening of nearly exactly 36". There is a gap/cavity at the back and bottom of the stove for the gas line to tuck into so it fits flush against the wall, which was nice.
I will say I appreciated that the feet are nice and solid. Adjustable to make it level. Large and smooth, my laminate floor was not scratched when pushing it into the countertops.
Lastly, it has two nice racks that extend, smoothly sliding out on bearings so you don't have to reach into the oven to set your dish down and risk burning you hands/wrists. However the drawback to this over the plain grates without bearings is that they are not easy to remove. Not hard either, but the problem is it's not convenient when you want to an occasional broil or particular dish that requires adjusting the racks for a single use. I wish they included an extra non-sliding/extending rack that I could use on occasion for broiling dishes directly under the burner.
In closing: I think you get good value for your money here, basically the best quality/function you can get for a reasonable price. Any more than this is extravagant, luxury, or special/niche applications.

I have never heard of a Kucht until recently. When it arrived, I was amazed at it's size and beauty. The grates are magnificent with so much room for cooking. The burners get real hot pretty fast, so we have to get used to that. So far, everything seems to be working well. It is a beauty and a working beast.
