Solid working unit

I have had this range for a little over a year now. The burners work well. Having a variety of heat outputs is nice. The oven heats fairly quickly and, using the convection fan, heats evenly. It has been reliable until now. I have recently discovered an issue in which the oven isn't heating past 225 F. I'm looking into this now, so will put their customer service to the test. :)

Professional looking stove

We bought this stove over 6 months ago in preparation of our kitchen remodel. The remodel was delayed due to the pandemic and shipping issues so we haven’t been able to use the stove until this past week.

Sharp looking cooktop and double oven

Always wanted a double oven and cooktop that Had these features. Kitchen is being remodeled and can’t wait for my stove to get installed. Patiently waiting to start cooking. Customer service reached out when we made purchase to make sure we had their number and let us know the product was shipping. Great customer service!

Looks great...

Gas range works great - takes a little getting used to, but overall very satisfied. The oven; however, runs hot (+25 degrees Fahrenheit) and the igniter has failed after 9 months of use. Will be repaired under warranty, but it should last longer.

the convection oven fan is very loud .
