Incredible product at the right price

Six months of ownership and love it every time we use it. Heats up quickly, burners are efficient and easy to adjust. Outside doesn’t get hot when my son touches the glass doors.

Great for household that cooks a lot

Different burner sizes helpful for cooking different parts of a meal at the same time. Oven heats up in an average amount of time but keeps temperature/come back up to temperature better than any range I've had.

Good looking range with a couple issues already

Bought in Nov '23.The range is definitely quality and a huge upgrade from our previous range but already one of the steel grates has a chip in it and each grate has little rubber feet and one popped off and was lost almost immediately. Now one of my grates is unlevel and moves. Very annoying

We bought this to replace a Z-Line range that never worked properly. What a great range! However, ours is the KNG361, not KNG361-S.

Burner out after a year

Stove was great, looks very nice, cooks pretty well. However we've been using it for a little over a year and the burner on the stove stopped igniting all of a sudden. We are a regular family of four and cook in the stove maybe twice a week. Doesn't look like an easy fix per online tutorials, appears I need to order a new burner to install.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

It’s been great to work with this awesome range. We had one issue where the stove had not been already converted to LP, but they were quick to call us with a tech to show us how to switch our everything and were very helpful. Great customer service
