Love the 8 burners and oven is quick to heat

I love having eight burners, and it is easy to slide a pan from one burner to the next since they are all on the same level. The oven is quick to pre-heat, and I was able to bake cookies with no concerns (it was my first time baking in a gas oven). I appreciate that Kucht reached out to me to make sure I was pleased with my product.

We purchased this oven a month ago. It works well so far. However, the 4 pegs on the bottom are terrible. One already broke during installation. Also, when we turn oven on bake or broiler it will make a loud popping sound occasionally. Other than that, it seems like a good appliance.

I love the look of the gas range. So far, I am enjoying cooking on it. The grates are very heavy. I did notice the knobs get hot when the oven is on. Otherwise, for now I will give it 4 stars as I don't generally give any 5 star rating on anything.

Slightly disappointed

I had my range installed this morning by my propane company. They were having a bit of a time knowing how to switch it from gas to propane. The small book didn't have any information on this at all. They figured it out eventually. I called kucht and customer service talked with the installer and they had it figured out. I also asked customer service how I take the door off because I'm getting my free door this coming week. Taking off the door wasn't in the book either. But with all that being said I think Kucht should have a manual that has much more details like for instance how do you clean the grates and what size bulb goes inside the oven. Those are not in the book either. I do like the look of the stove and the oven racks roll out which is a nice feature. I can't give a review on the performance of the stove because I just put it in today and I hope I don't have any problems with it.
