It's fairly new to us, but we love it so far. We had one slight problem with a bumper on the bottom of the grate, but they sent a new one Fed-Ex and arrived within a couple of days.

Ordered the stove and within days somebody from Kucht called to say congrats and that I had a contact. Followed up by a text. Unbelievable service. My stove arrived and the way it was packaged was so professional. Well done. My last stove came damaged and several shipments later I got it resolves. We are hooking it up now and cannot wait to use it. Thanks Kucht for great service already! The reviews on the stove sold me. Being able to change colours in door knobs and kick plate is a wonderful option.

I bought this range after shopping for months. I love the heavy duty cast iron grates, and the black porcelain top. It is so easy to clean!
