This was a replacement bottle warmer - the first one failed after about 3 months of use (water stopped filling). The replacement lasted about 1 week prior to having the same issue.

Even though my Kiinde broke in the first 5 months. We tried all the troubleshooting steps and when nothing worked reached out the company. They asked us questions and sent one out without any charges. In the meanwhile, we had bought another cheaper warmer but didn’t like it at all because it essentially used a hot plate to warm the milk. Really like Kiinde’s technology for using warm circulating water, I believe it’s a much gentler way to warm the breast milk to preserve the nutrients.

I love my warmer and the Kiinde community. Sadly my first warmer stopped working but Kiinde quickly helped me get a new one and it's working perfectly!!!!!

A bit more work for maintenance than other warmers but worth it Bc it warms up breast milk without damaging the nutrients.
