We purchased this about a year ago, but started using it regularly about 6 months ago. when I switched to pumping exclusively. It worked great for a few months. You could leave it and walk away while it would warm the milk to the perfect temp. A few months ago, the timer stopped being consistent (sometimes it would work, sometimes it wouldn't, sometimes it would stop working half way through), but that was manageable as it still heated the bottle. You just had to keep time yourself, otherwise, it would make the milk too hot. However, now the circling/heating element has gone out and it’s virtually worthless. This is not a product I thought we would need to replace after 6 months of use, especially given the price point. Very disappointing.

It works well. My husband does the cleaning of it and never complains so that must be pretty easy. With this being my first child, I have no experience with any other warmers, but I do know I much prefer this to heating up water first! With that being said, two key things would make this product so much better:
1. Easier to read numbers around the dial. The light grey on white makes it hard to read in the middle of the night, and there were a lot of middle of the night bottles!
2. Either have the dial stick out further for easier grasp or weighting the bottom of the warmer. It is difficult to turn the dial with one hand because of the small dial and lightweight warmer, the whole thing moves. I often need my second hand holding the warmer while turning the dial, and you often don't have a second hand!

It was nice at first, but then after 6 weeks it stopped working properly. The first time the water stopped rising. I had to warranty it. The same thing happened again about 6 weeks later with the replacement. Had to warranty that one as well. Then the timer stopped working on that replacement and stopped moving so it wouldn’t count down, essentially making the milk eat too hot._x000D_
I followed the cleaning directions to the T. I would change the water every 2-3 days. I cleaned it regularly & descaled it once a month, only for it to stop working after following the care and cleaning instructions._x000D_
I would not recommend this warmer.

First time mom and I absolutely love the Kiinde system. I got this warmer in the gift set I purchased. I follow the warmer guide provided and my baby’s milk warms up to the perfect temperature. I love that there is a timer and that the water rises and goes back down when heating is complete- no need to worry about overheating! I needed to purchase a second warmer to bring to grandma’s and bought a different brand. I ended up returning it and purchased another Kozzii!

It broke within a couple of weeks. The water stopped rising. I got a replacement and it broken down even quicker than the first one.

I like how you know how much time is left and peace of mind that it's not getting hot enough to burn you or break down the good nutrition in the breast milk. My first one stopped working but the company replaced it

Thank you for sending a replacement! This replacement works way better than the original one I purchased: it doesn’t overheat the bottles, it’s quieter and it appears to be better quality.
