We love this Warmer!! About 5 months in it started to get stuck but Kiinde promptly replaced it right away with a new one which we really appreciate!

solid warmer, just make sure you take care of it, and it will take care of you. best part is the timer feature, auto off and drops hot water levels enough to just keep milk warm, not scalding hot.
