It works great but I think I need to have the bottle in longer than recommended because the bottle is still cold.

This is a piece of junk! We got one as part of a breast milk storage kit and it worked great for 3-4 weeks and then stopped working completely. The company was great and sent a replacement free of charge. The replacement didn’t work right out of the box...

we are on our third bottle warmer. the last two have been replacements. this one just crapped out too. i dont know what to do anymore. very disappointed as we are due to have baby number 2 next year and now have to buy another brand.
