Even though my Kiinde broke in the first 5 months. We tried all the troubleshooting steps and when nothing worked reached out the company. They asked us questions and sent one out without any charges. In the meanwhile, we had bought another cheaper warmer but didn’t like it at all because it essentially used a hot plate to warm the milk. Really like Kiinde’s technology for using warm circulating water, I believe it’s a much gentler way to warm the breast milk to preserve the nutrients.

We love this bottle warmer, it’s easy to use and consistently makes the milk the same temperature. It has easy maintenance/cleaning instructions.

If you have the kinde punch isn't a problem, because it heat the MILK in a considerable time, but if you use it with a bottle is another story.

Disappointed. It doesn’t take out the guess work. Still always checking if the milk has frozen spots or if it’s too hot. I was hoping for something more fool proof. We have been using lansinoh breastmilk bags from freezer and you can’t just walk away because you have to push down the top ice chunk after the bottom thaws (like 50% of the time—the other 50% it does it on its own).
