Seems like this product was refurbished compare to the original one we bought. Is that because we were given a 50% discount?

My Kozii arrived quickly and has been in use regularly since. My daughter loves her pouchies and I don't trust any other warmer. Up next I'm getting her the Kozii Voyager.

Love the warmer and how it heats the milk evenly. The times that come with the instructions are perfect haven’t had to warm longer or cool down ever.

Well it’s not getting hot. The problem that I had with the last one was fixed with this one but now the water doesn’t get hot enough to heat th e milk

It is great when it works. Water has stopped getting warm. Less than 1 year old. Second problem that we have experienced.
