Compared to other warmers, this one is the most effective at warming all kinds of bottles, including supplemental nursing systems! Others don’t even touch truly warming an SNS, only traditional bottles. We love it!

I really love this warmer. I like that you can set the timer and once it is up the hot water drains into the reservoir and does not continuously heat the milk if I can't get to it right away.

This was a replacement unit for a Kozii warmer that recently failed. The replacement unit failed after less than 2-weeks (ie: it's already dead). There's a fatal flaw with the design of the pump/motor in this product. We have purchased a competing brand and will see how that goes.

We loved this warmer, unfortunately after about 4 months the pump gave up, things happen and who knows who the parts supplier was. Kiinde stood by their product and quickly replaced it. It heats even, efficiently and quickly every time. I highly recommend, they stand by their product.

The warmer timer just stopped working on the machine. It still heats up but won’t turn off automatically. Otherwise I have loved the product!
