Where the pump goes the zipper gets stuck and once you zip it up it opens from the opposite end. I have to constantly have to be fixing that. Now I'm short so I have to have the strap at a certain length and the clasps it has to adjust the straps hurts my arm and my shoulder. I can't move them from there because if not is to short for me or to long. Besides that everything else is good with the bag.

I was expecting the inside to be able to hold my laptop and other work related items along with pump but it doesn’t and when I tried to use the aluminum side to coool or keep milk cool it didn’t stay cool

LOVE this bag. Soo much room. Fits everything I need to pump at work. However, the buckles to adjust the shoulder straps have SHARP corners. On multiple occasions I have caught my hand on one of the buckles while slinging the bag over my shoulder and thought for sure there would be cuts on my hand as a result but it has not happened, yet.

I'm obsessed with this bag! I love that it fits my spectra and all my pump parts and even fits a couple outfits for my baby, 2 burp cloths, mult diapers, wipes, a few small toys and mult bottles along with my water bottle and snacks. Makes it great for traveling for a couple hours with baby. I'm happy I bought it!

I love this bag. It’s larger than I anticipated for my small body (I’m 5’2”) but, it holds everything I need for school and pumping!_x000D_

I love that it fits the spectra in it. The straps are thick, wide and very sturdy! I love the gold handles/accents on the bag! The laptop sleeve fits my 13” MacBook Pro, iPad; and has an inner pocket that fits their chargers + my phone and mask._x000D_

I love the inner pockets of the central compartment. I can fit SO much in there WITH my pump inside: a full size water bottle, the wet/dry Kiinde pump parts bag, my wallet, two A5 journal, pens, chap stick, hand sanitizer, work badge, and the all important —snacks! The central compartment is SO DEEP! I end up putting my entire forearm in the bottom of the bag!_x000D_

One thing I DID NOT take into consideration was the fact that the two outer pockets eat into the compartment of the bag itself. So with the breast pump and things into the cooler, the interior space diminishes by half, BUT you can still get QUITE a bit of things inside, as previously mentioned!_x000D_

I do wish the inner pocket on the flap of the breast pump section had a zipper? Or a snap — anything I put in that inner pocket on the flap always ends up falling out; small price to pay for such an awesome bag!_x000D_

I also wish the pocket for the charger cord was 1/4 inch wider. It DOES fit my breast pump charger, however it’s a real fight to get in and out to plug my pump in!_x000D_

Even with all these “I wish this” I wish that — I’d still give a 4.5/5 stars! Would love It in various colors OR a different liner for the inside!! It’s hard to see with that dark grey liner.
