I wish the opening were bigger, the straps had something to keep them from slipping off your shoulder, a larger laptop pocket (a spiral notebook barely fits through the opening), and maybe an extra outer pocket on the back that I could keep my phone and keys in. It does hold a lot though. I usually keep a motif luna pump and parts, wallet, pens, and a small makeup bag with room to spare. I can add my willow pumps and parts and a few bottles and it's a tight squeeze but it works. Overall it's a good bag, the material is easy to clean and the zippers are very durable.

Love this bag! Great quality & love the color and design! The only thing I would change is the opening at the top since it doesn’t open up very wide. I had an extra cooler bag that I wanted to put inside-it could’ve fit, but I couldn’t get it in without folding it up, so I definitely couldn’t have gotten it in with ice packs and bottles inside. Other than that-highly recommend!!

I really like this bag! I thing the corners of the gold pieces on the handles are a little sharp but other than that this is a nice pumping bag!

The bag is nice and a wonderful concept. My only frustration is that the items fall under the two pockets on the inside. There should be an actual bottom above those pockets or a false bottom you can add in
