This bag suffers from what I consider one of the most major bag pitfalls—cheap metal zippers!! The design is otherwise good but having to fight a zipper to get your items in/out is the most frustrating thing!

Plenty of space for all of my belongings, keeps them organized, looks nice for work. My only complaint is that the side pockets collapse once the pump is removed and I often have to rearrange items in the top compartment in order to put the pump back in.

Very professional looking. Love that it has a place for my laptop. I only wish there was some kind of “bottom” or shelf type thing that would go on top of where the pump pouch and bottle cooler pouch sit to prevent smaller items from sinking to the bottom of the bag.
