My mother's hearing aid broke. Needed a replacement. She wanted the same - battery and behind the ear. Hearing Aids arrived and we were disappointed. The cord between the ear piece and the device behind the ear was too long. No way of adjusting it. So, it curls and is on the side of the face. The other ear, the cord actually hangs off the face. Not great especially for appearance and wearing glasses. She said she heard better with her broken hearing aid. Not sure if a return is applicable but thankfully these were not expensive. Delivery of product took 9 days. If you are desperate, I would suggest purchasing from another vendor with next day delivery.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
