Don't stay on

Tried these don't stay on at all - whistle horribly while in ear shut off on its own in 2 minutes tried multiple times kept shutting off. Don't buy online best buy won't return since it is a 3rd party company. Took over 3 weeks to come.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
