I do highly recommend this device.
The noice cancelling takes out the white noise
which was annoyingly amplified with my analogue hearing aids.
It does everything as promised in those 5 pictures.
It delivered within 5 days.
It was packaged like an Apple product and it
actually amplifies up to 6kHz for me.
The volume control is hard to turn when I use my finger nail to do so
but when I use something the size of a dime there is no issue.
It definitely improved my ability to focus on sounds.

Too much buzzing distortion to be practical

I have it set at only about 30% (I have only moderate hearing loss in one ear) volume and it works ok in quiet environments. Unfortunately any, even moderately loud, noise, such as a child laughing, dog barking, or even me raising my own voice so my old dog can hear me, results in buzzing distortion. So it is not practical in anything other than a quiet environment. I do like that it is smallish and comfortable to wear, Also being rechargeable is good. Unfortunately I wouldn't recommend it
