(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) Been using it for several weeks. Slim, lightweight, fits well on back, perfect for work commutes. Holds laptop and a few acceasories. Since it is black, it would be an improvement if it had some reflecting accents for safety at night leaving work, or have one or two places hook / hang reflecting material (similar to many other backpack brands). A second side mesh for water bottle or umbrella would also be a good improvement as we as extra padding at bottom of laptop slot
