Light weight to use and not overly loud. Was very easy to put together for set up. So far the battery has not run out doing 1000 sqft carpet and hard floor. The stand auto dumps the vacuum every time it is put back on base. The only reason for the 4 star is 1 time after using vacuum and put back to base....the following time I grabbed the vacuum when I lifted it off the base there was a clump of fur hanging from the vacuum dirt cannister pinched in the dump door. Not a big deal. Oh and the green headlight on the front is great at helping spot debris on hard floors. Over all great product.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Is vacuum cleaned itself after you’re done cleaning and goes into a bigger tank and they use your vacuum tank antique? It’s pretty cool cleaned itself.

These vacuums are built with non-stainless steel fins for the vacuum. They rust out in a period of 16 months and seize.
Not a good purchase

Horrible on rugs

Purchased 4 months ago, and one thing I cant get over is how bad it is on rugs. Its hard to push/pull on all thicknesses of rugs and always triggers the safety roller stopper. I have to turn it on and off multiple times to finish one rug. I have started using my old vacuum on the rugs.
I wish I had returned it.
But its great on hardwood floors. The battery is long lasting, I can do 2 floors on one charge.

Self clean doesn't work properly

Not good for pets either. It wont clean pet hair from chairs and couches. Self clean doesn't work very well, most of the time I had to pull out hair. Suction is ok as well.
Vacuum doesn't work on any carpet surface. Roller stops spinning.
Tineco mop vaccum I got works really well but this was a big disappointment.

It’s ok on regular flooring, on any rug or carpet it spits debris or just doesn’t vacuum anything up. It’s basically just a very expensive broom.

Love it - sleek and self-cleaning!

I’m so happy with my Tineco GO Station! It’s aesthetically pleasing and looks great in my home. The self-cleaning feature is a game-changer - no more dealing with tangled hair and debris in the brush roll. The suction is strong, it’s easy to maneuver, and being cordless is super convenient.
So far so good! I’m giving myself more time to fully test it out before buying the mop vacuum as well, but I’m already impressed. Highly recommend!
