Range burners don't spark

This hard to review. Out of the gate the range didn't work, but then started working and then didn't work again and off and on all the time. I'm pretty sure it's a loose connection in the back and easy to fix on my own, but annoying and hard to know until it's fixed or not fixed.

Bought as a replacement for a full kitchen remodel. Looks great and love it so far. Excited to use more. Only issue is one of the oven racks don't seem to work.

Just What We Needed!

We renovated our kitchen this year and ended up selecting the Kucht Pro-Style 36" range with convection oven.
Pros
It's a beautiful setup and we love using it.
Everything works as it should and we like the robust design.

The oven takes a little long to get to the selected temperature.
The oven light switch (for the interior light) stopped working after about 5 months - Pressing the button will activate the interior light, but when you let go of the switch the light turns off.

Great stove and great customer support. From calls to confirm the order (make , model, color). Instructions on receiving the delivery , and contact info if any issues arise. Super friendly support staff. The stove works very well. A little getting used to it. Burners and oven both heat fast. Much quicker than our old stove. Convection works perfectly heating everything evenly.
