Very happy with purchase

This robot mop/vac has absolutely saved us through the holidays. We have been so busy with work and a 6 month old baby that there isn’t always time for cleaning and with two dogs and a cat that can be a problem. This robot keeps up with the pet hair and has really kept my floors looking good through it all. My husband, who was hesitant about me getting it said, “the robot vac has been a God send.”
We have mostly hardwood but have tile in the bathrooms and carpet in the bedrooms. Our last robot vac would always ball up the hair on the rugs and on the carpet and just leave it behind. This one picks everything up. It did get clogged the very first couple times we ran it, but I probably should’ve done a pre-vacuum before hand since it was a little out of control. It has not been clogged since and empties itself very well. I am also happy with the mop function, it leaves our floors clean. I’m still deciding if I like manual mode or cleangenius better, but so far cleangenius is working very well.

Had an old Roomba and decided to upgrade and try out a new company…. WOW! This little guy is amazing!!! Already thinking about getting a second. Never gets stuck, lots of neat features and cleans well!
Does not get stuck on carpets or rugs or chairs like me old Roomba did!
You will be 100% happy with this purchase!

I got the Dreame L10s Pro Ultra and my house has never been so clean. I work 12 hour shifts so cleaning was inconsistent prior to getting my Chacha, as I have named her. Now I get to come home to a clean house and can focus all the many other tasks I have to do. This device is easy to install, use, and maintain. I cannot emphasize just how happy I am with my Dreametech.

I previously owned a low-end robot vacuum, and while the results were decent, I wanted to upgrade. With the new Dreame L10s Pro Ultra Heat, the results have exceeded my expectations. It's especially great for pet owners, and I highly recommend it.

Cleans like a Dreame

I've been using the L10s Pro Ultra for over a month now. I'm really happy with the results. I have LPV floors and I can tell a difference between this vacuum and how I was cleaning the floors previously. The camera is a bit low res but that's not a big deal. Connecting to the Wi-Fi and naming the robot was simple. I also have it connected to Alexa. It has made life so much easier for me.

Really Smart Little Robot

I don't know why it's taken me so long to jump on the robot vacuum bandwagon, but I'm here now. Kind of glad I waited because the functionality now is worlds better than the last time I considered it. The L10s Pro Ultra is really capable. I'm only a couple of days in, so can't speak to durability. However, the app works very well and is responsive. The dock & vacuum are visually very appealing, so you don't mind keeping it out in the open in the house. It WORKS--like, it does what it says, and quite well. So far it's tackled concrete floors, flat rugs and somewhat raised/floofy rugs. Only thing I haven't tried is on the laminate floor or wall-to-wall carpet. The mapping is automatic and really good. I thought I'd have to enter information, but the camera/LiDar just sees and makes a map all by itself. It's kinda crazy. I'm impressed. Though it wasn't inexpensive, it is certainly a good value considering the features and build quality.
Didn't give 5 stars because: 1) Poor experience post-setup before first use. It wouldn't recognize that the dirty water bin was in place. Tried to reseat and finagle with what might be blocking the sensor. In the end, I unplugged and replugged and it worked. 2) But before the reboot, I called into the 800 number. I don't mind that the call went overseas but I couldn't hear the rep on the other end of the line. The call center was far too loud. Might I suggest some more sophisticated headsets that can block the surrounding noise so that your customers can hear the reps better? It was frustrating. As was their gathering all info before even asking what my question was. I basically had to hang up on her. But I ended up figuring it out anyway. and c) Please ask your email survey service to better highlight the selected number of stars. Just need a box around it, or a colored in dot. Right now you can just barely tell which one you've selected. It's a slightly greyer dot, and a slightly heavier line around the circle--you can just barely tell that it's different. I almost didn't fill this in because I wasn't sure what quantity of stars I was selecting.
But back to the vacuum. If you're on the fence but in the market for one, I'd say go for it. I was skeptical at best, but so far so good and I think I'm a convert.

Perfect robot helper for a house full of cats!

The Dreame L10s Pro has been a game-changer for maintaining my multi-pet household. Setup was a breeze, and the device was ready to clean within minutes. It excels at picking up fur and debris left by my three cats (two long-haired and one short-haired) and even handles mopping duties with ease, which is perfect for cleaning up my frequent kitchen spills.
I appreciate its innovative features, such as obstacle recognition (it avoids cat toys!) and the ability to customize cleaning schedules. The clean and dirty water tanks are simple to access and maintain, and its lightweight design makes it easy to carry between floors. The mopping function is especially impressive; I use it three times a week and only need to clean the base monthly. It is much less work than manual mopping.
However, there are minor drawbacks. The robot struggles a bit with fur on a tightly-piled area rug (though this rug has always been a challenge for vacuums), and it occasionally catches or moves the corners of area rugs. The lack of per-floor carpet avoidance settings is a bigger inconvenience; I have to manually adjust this setting in-app depending on the floor, and forgetting to change it back impacts cleaning efficiency.
Despite these quirks, the Dreame L10s Pro is an excellent cleaner for hard floors and a reliable helper for busy households. I highly recommend it to anyone looking to simplify their cleaning routine.
