Very convenient and efficient

This robot does both vacuuming and mopping really well. It cleans thoroughly and moves smoothly without getting stuck. I like that it saves time and keeps the floor consistently clean with minimal effort. Great choice for everyday use.

I really like the look of the Dreame GoVac 500 — it looks modern and clean. The suction power is very strong and easily picks up dust, crumbs, and hair, especially on my hardwood floors. My house feels much cleaner after every run. It can vacuum and mop at the same time, and the auto-empty dock makes it very easy to maintain. The smart navigation helps it clean efficiently without missing spots. This robot vacuum saves me so much time, which is a huge help because I’m busy with work and taking care of my three kids.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Save me from chores

I was never a believer of robot vacuums. Went to their website before to find out more about the product before buying. Have also contacted them before for servicing another Dreame product (Hair dryers) and they were quite responsive! The LiDAR made a world of difference. This model can easily navigate furniture and complex layouts such as rooms with two doors, cables and others. Auto tank filling means it’s truly “set and forget”, only needing to change the water every once in a while. This model also has a true spinning mop unlike other cheaper models which just drag a cloth along. Noise level is acceptable. The navigation is good enough and I manually add robot vacuum-compatible detergent into the clean tank. Times will tell how reliable it will be with 3 years warranty

Smart robot

This product has a camera, and laser which can detect everything on the ground. Never stuck somewhere when it is working. It has a function like an automatic draw a map in the home when you first activate it. It can be working on the carpet or floor. Clean the ground is good. I can connect the camera and remote it to somewhere in the house.

a Game Changer in home cleaning!
overall, I m really happy with it performed. it is a high quality product with a premium design. it deals with long hair very well, it flies under my bed and couch, but edge mopping make it cleaned. and I was surprised how quiet it is, I can easily watch tv while it does the cleaning. the apps has a very good tracking information and so many options on the order of the cleaning and area of the cleanings as well. at the end, the self dry and clean free up my hand. I love this product!

A robot that truly meets my needs

I spent a long time comparing all kinds of robot vacuums on the market—price, features, and suction power—and in the end I chose this one. I’m really glad I did. It meets all my expectations for a robot vacuum: powerful, easy to use, and easy to clean.
The obstacle avoidance is really impressive. It knows the difference between hard floors and different types of carpets and adjusts automatically. Things like power strips and plant pots on the floor are no problem at all—it just goes around them. I watched it closely at the beginning, but after about 10 minutes I completely stopped worrying.
The cleaning is also really good. The 19,000Pa suction is seriously strong, and the dual spinning mop pads actually clean better than I do by hand, at least according to my family.
It’s also super low-maintenance. Once everything is set up, all I really do is add water and dump the dirty water. It vacuums, mops, and even cleans its own mop pads. I just open the app, choose the area, and press start.
It also supports multi-floor maps, which is really convenient. I can just switch between upstairs and downstairs in the app without having to remap every time.
Overall, I’m really happy with it and would definitely recommend it. Totally worth it.

Well designed product and its app

It did great job, I like the compact design. The extendable mop takes good care of the corners. Also, the app is better than the robot vacuum I had before. With Dreame, I can choose whether I want the base to automatically vacuum out the robot’s dust container. I prefer to empty it manually instead of constantly buying dust bags.

I compared multiple versions of vacuum-and-mop robots, and my top priorities were powerful suction, full self-cleaning, and automatic mop-pad washing with separate clean-water and dirty-water tanks.
This model offers an impressive 19,000 Pa suction power, which effectively picks up large debris as well as deeply embedded dust and pet hair from both carpets and hard floors.
The app interface is very clear and easy to use, allowing precise control over cleaning settings. The app provided different lanague.
The robot’s movement and obstacle response are fast and intelligent — it approaches furniture gently, slowing down before contact, so it doesn’t bump into surfaces harshly or cause damage.
Overall, it feels truly smart, responsive, and well-designed, delivering both strong performance and careful navigation.
