This vacuum is PERFECT for people who are just too busy to vacuum everyday. It picks up tons of cat hair, dirt and is incredible. It’s so much quieter than a regular vacuum and it is like having someone vacuum my home everyday without me having to do it. I love it quality, the size, and it looks very sleek. This has been such a great addition to my home. My life is easier and my home is cleaner! It’s super easy to set up and I can’t believe how much dirt it cleans. 5/5 highly recommend

There's so much to talk about! This is such a blessing to have. My elderly parents no longer need to vacuum all the time and it's less stress on me. This robot is amazing and I'm so satisfied with this Dual Vacuum+ Mop Selfcleaning and auto empty Robot vacuum GoVac300 by Dreame Tech. The vacuum knows how to go it's home base and find itself around. It first analyzes the area the whole floor map of your house and figures out every corner and space systematically to clean. It can climb carpets and goes around picking everything up avoiding large barriers or furniture in it's way. It is not loud and makes a simple lofi cleaning sound. However, when it does remove the trash at the home base to auto-empty it make a louder flushing sound but it's only for a few seconds. If it does get tangled with something major like ropes, wires, tassels, it attempts to untangle, and it notifies where the issue is and it communicates to you in English which isn't like any vacuum I've used before. You can also control it with your phone which is awesome by downloading the dreame tech app. I can instruct it where to clean, know the battery, see exactly where it cleaned and timestamps. I absolutely love this robot vacuum and highly reccommend it. This is one of the best vacuum/appliances I ever purchased.

This is our first robot vacuum, and I'm really impressed. What really made me happy was the setup process - it was so easy and fast. You will need a 2.4 GHz network and a Bluetooth connection, as is common with these types of devices. The quick setup instructions and the app are clearly laid out step by step, with just a few steps needed. The vacuum needs to fully charge before first use, which took a couple hours. It can be started on the vacuum itself or through the app. I found the mapping was pretty good, although it did miss a few small areas at first, then later on found them. I heard that this is common with robot vacuums. It can go over small height differences and does so easily. The two times it got tangled a bit (a cable and a thin carpet that moved a bit) it untangled itself without help. It finds the home station without issues. It's generally not too loud when vacuuming, but it's REALLY loud while emptying. This only lasts a few seconds, though. You will need a clear area of just over 1 m2 for the home station. The mopping function also worked great, although it's a bit more involved, as I needed to attach the mop pad and add water, but it left my floors sparkling clean.

Game-Changer for My Home!

I’ve been using the Dreame GoVac 300 Self-Cleaning & Auto-Empty Robot Vacuum & Mop, and honestly, I’m so impressed! The suction is extremely strong, and it effortlessly picks up dust and hair from both floors and carpets. I love that it vacuums and mops simultaneously - my floors look way cleaner with zero effort from me.
The best part is the auto-emptying dock. It empties itself and holds so much dust that I barely have to think about maintenance. The mapping is also very accurate, and it smartly avoids obstacles without getting stuck. I can schedule everything from the app, and it makes daily cleaning so convenient.
Overall, this little machine has made my life SO much easier. Highly recommend if you want clean floors without doing the work!

Easy to use, and huge time saver

I received this product for free for my honest review, positive or negative. This is the second robot vacuum I’ve owned.
Everything is straightforward to unpack and setup, and the accompanying Dreamehome app is easy to use. The room mapping is pretty thorough and has settings for no-go zones, different floor types, and furniture or carpeted areas. You can also set cleaning modes and suction power, save multiple room maps, schedule cleanings, and view cleaning histories.
The cleaning performance is quite good, and it’s nice that it can vacuum and mop at the same time. It picks up most dust and dog hair without much tangling, which is a big win for me. Emptying the dust bin at the base station is pretty loud, but it’s only for a few seconds. The mopping works well, though you do have to pre-wet and clean the mop pad yourself and I would prefer a dirty water collection tank.
Overall it does a good job, and saves a lot of time!

I am very impressed with this Robot Vacuum and Mop. The suction power is strong and it picks up dust, crumbs, and pet hair with no problem. The smart mapping makes cleaning very efficient, and it rarely misses any spots. I also love the self-emptying base, which makes maintenance super easy. The mopping function is great for daily light cleaning and keeps my floors looking fresh.
