We already had a SimpleHuman touchless soap dispenser but we did not have an elegant way to store a sponge that we like to have handy. This unit met our need. The soap dispenser is 2oz larger than our previous unit which significantly cuts back on refilling. We’re very pleased.

Minor hiccup but great

Dispenser was dispensing soap every 5-10 seconds and wouldn’t stop. Tried turning off and on, cleaning the sensor but nothing worked. Emailed simple human and they told me how to do a hard reset. After that product has been perfect and has me wondering why I lived without for so long. Great product, customer service and glad I bought it.

I got this for my mom as an early Mother's Day gift, and she absolutely loves this. It makes dishwashing in the kitchen extremely easy for her. She's so glad she doesn't have to stop what she's doing at the sink, take the dishwash soap bottle, pour out some soap on her sponge, put the bottle down, then resume dishwashing. She is thrilled that all she needs to do when she needs more soap is to put her hand beneath the nozzle and it automatically pours some soap. She also told me it pours out just the right amount too. I think since she is also very frugal, she loves that this helps her (or anyone else in the house) not waste soap. She is a fan of this product.
