Extra long battery life, GPS apps, rugged construction. This phone is made for me! I'm out in the field, on a worksite, camping, hiking, and I'm well known for not being gentle with electronics. Wish I would have gotten this phone a long time ago.
Pros: Built-in speakers, Bright display, Durable, Realistic color
I would recommend this to a friend!

great phone for rugged use, hunting fishing-farm work
Too much phone for my needs. Handbook too big to download and print - hard copy should be included in addition to disc. "Button" and "menu" locations hard to learn. Had Motorola phones for years, and it is a problem getting use to new locations for the features.
This phone has a large, bright display. It is fairly easy to change settings for the various functions. The only drawback (as with many cell phones) is that the ring volume will not get loud enough to hear if you carry the phone in a purse or pocket.

Pros: Built-in speakers, Bright display, Inexpensive, Durable, Realistic color
Cons: Not high def

overall this is a good rough use phone, but it can still be broken, its not destruction proof. i wish the rugby II had the my folders section to save messages to under the text section, my rugby I did and i miss that. overall i am satisfied with the phone and recommend to people that nedd rough service phones.
Pros: Bright display, Durable
Cons: weak hinges on flip lid
I would recommend this to a friend!

average or better reception, good feature set, easy navigation (if you read the manual), loud speaker, very good battery life:
ear peace volume could be a little louder, can't text to an e-mail address stores in phone book by selecting it. these are minor issues but would like to see them addressed in the future.
you can surf the web on this phone but it's main design is as a phone with pda functions.
I have used this phone since December of 2010. So far I have not had any dropped calls and I have reception where I didn't with my other Samsung. I would recommend this phone
Pros: Durable, receptiion, easy to use
Cons: weak vibrate mode, volume buttons are too easily activated
