Well built, I use this on a job site and it gets alot of abuse and it holds up well, great sound and very clear reception.
Pros: Built-in speakers, Bright display, Inexpensive, Durable, Realistic color, Lightweight

One tough cookie...

I am in the military and in the dirt and roughing it quite a lot. I went through several other phones that seem to wither and die when they get a little dirty or sat in my side pocket while in the field. The Rugby seems to hold up to dirt, shock and moisture. It is one tough phone... almost as tough as Uncle Sam himself.
Pros: Bright display, Inexpensive, Durable

Durable and practical

I have had horrible luck with past cell phones practically being demon possessed and disintegrating on me. Sooo not the case with this phone! It's held up for two years after being dropped, having been wet, and dealing with my general clumsiness. It's a very reliable phone!
I like that I don't have to worry about butt dialing, that it is a traditional flip phone with buttons. It is no non-sense and rugged. A handy feature for me is that it has a tab in the back where I have been able attach a bright pull lanyard to it so it never gets lost in my purse.
My only negative: you may accidentally hit the Push to Talk button a lot and it's not good if you like to text (given the whole no full keyboard thing).
This a practical and durable phone that is well worth the price!

left my smart phone in the mud where it belonged. this phone has been in every mud hole swimming pool deep end and thrown against the wall. hasnt missed a lick

Rugged but annoying!

I love the fact that I can drop this phone and not be playing 52 pickup with parts and pieces. But! There is noway to turn off or reconfigure outside buttons. On average I take 10 pocket pictures a day and hit PTT ALL the time. Constantly hit Speaker when talking and when silenced volume buttons take it out of silence. Very annoying that I can't disable the outside buttons. I will be getting a new phone at first chance.
Pros: Bright display, Inexpensive, Durable, Realistic color
Cons: not scalable
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The only item I wish about my mobile phone was more standard ringtone tunes, besides that I am very pleased with my Samsung mobile purchase.
Pros: Bright display, Durable
Cons: limited cell tunes
